As kids we're often taught to label emotions ''positive'' or ''negative'' and today's episode I dive into why that's not the most useful way to categorise our feelings and teach you a far more empowering way to think about our emotions which will help you show up for your life with greater impact. I also question the belief that our ''purpose in life is to be happy'' - and how that could be actually making us unhappier because of what the pursuit of it is costing us.
