The 3rd and final R to my 3R strategy is to REDIRECT our brain
to useful, more empowering thoughts using the power of questions
that instruct our brain to look at things in a way that create more
feelings of hope, curiosity, compassion and courage in amongst the
fear we're all naturally feeling at the moment. From those feelings
we'll begin to access the inner wisdom, strength, creativity and
resourcefulness we need to get to the other side of this stronger
as individuals and as a human species. Remember, just take this one
day at a time - and in every one of those days, there's something
good to slow down and appreciate. Xx
